MAS Holdings Spaces app for iPhone and iPad

This application allows staff members to view the availability of meetings rooms and spaces, within the office building or any location they select, and make bookings with a few short clicks.

Using this mobile version you can easily book a meeting room within seconds. After booking the room you can customize or add people to the meeting from your Outlook calendar.

As an extra feature you can add refreshments to your meetings and order them in advance, by simply selecting “Add Refreshments” from the booking confirmation dialog. This will redirect you to the MAS MenuTab Portal, where you can order refreshments for your meetings from the customized menu with relevant outlets.
